Between October 4 and 8 2025, we will be present within the Romanian Pavilion, through APAR Romania, ready to build new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.
Anuga: The Heart of Innovation in the Food Industry
With a rich history spanning over 100 years, Anuga – or “Allgemeine Nahrungs- und Genussmittel-Ausstellung” (General Food and Beverage Exhibition) – debuted in 1919 in Stuttgart. Since that first edition, it has come a long way, transforming from a regional event into an indispensable global benchmark for professionals in the food and beverage industry.
Thousands of exhibitors from all corners of the world display an extensive range from the food industry, covering the entire spectrum: from raw materials and finished products, to cutting-edge technologies, including complete packaging solutions. All essential players in the field – producers, distributors, retailers, importers, exporters, and HoReCa professionals – gather here, creating a dynamic framework for collaboration.
The main theme for this year’s edition is “Sustainable Growth.” This theme underscores the importance of adopting responsible economic and ecological practices, from production to consumption. Discussions will focus on reducing carbon footprint, sustainable packaging, alternative protein sources, innovations in energy efficiency, and transparent supply chains.
